BOURBON GLAZED PEACHES WITH VANILLA YOGURT

INGREDIENTS


Yogurt:

  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla extracts

  • 1 cup of plain coconut yogurt

  • 1 tsp of maple syrup


Peaches:

  • 4 peaches, halved and pitted

  • 4 tbsp of maple syrup

  • 3 tbsp of bourbon\1/2 tsp of vanilla extracts

  • 1/8 tsp of sea salt


INSTRUCTIONS


  1. On a small bowl add the yogurt ingredients and whisk together.

  2. Set aside for at least one hour.

  3. On a medium saucepan place all the peach ingredients, putting the peaches cut side down.

  4. Cook on very low heat for 20-25 minutes, until peaches are super soft and the sauce has thickened.

  5. Place two slices of the peach on a serving bowl and then scoop some of the yogurt on top.

  6. Buen Provecho Ladies!


Tip:

If by any chance the sauce did not get thick, you can mix a little bit of water with cornstarch on a small container then whisk into the peach sauce.
